I started taking Plump on 1 August 2023 and have been taking it consistently every single day since (just over 2 months).
I exercise regularly, don’t take many other supplements/vitamins except for the basics as I follow a healthy lifestyle and eat nutritious food. However, this year my skin went absolutely bonkers for the first time in my life from what I could only assume was due to stress and a lot of life changes. Since using Plump my skin has completely normalised again, people commenting that it’s glowing, my gut feels so happy ( which I didn’t realize wasn’t feeling 100% optimal before) and my husband has started taking it too.
We take Plump during lunch time and have recently started taking Balance first thing in the morning to combat the always on subtle, but there, anxiety from life/work.
I also cannot speak higher of Dilona and the service from Chemistry Natural Science. The delivery is lightening fast and what a meaningful range of products you have developed.
