We accept returns and refund requests within 10 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition and packaging.

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any products that have been opened or used.

Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected by us, we will process a refund for the full value of the returned product(s), excluding any original shipping or delivery fees.

Please note that return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received by us.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@chemistrynaturalscience.co.za, including your order number and clear photographs showing the condition of the item(s).

We will investigate the matter to determine where in the supply chain the damage occurred and will handle any applicable replacement or refund accordingly. Damaged orders will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter satisfactorily.
