How Refer & Earn works

1. Apply. Use Sign up below. We review applications before activating a referral code.
2. Wait for approval. Your approval email includes your personal code and portal details.
3. Refer a new customer. They enter your code at checkout for 10% off their first eligible standalone-product order.
4. Earn store credit. You earn 10% of the qualifying product value, excluding taxes and shipping. Earnings are reviewed after delivery and the return window.
5. Use your approved earnings. Once your approved balance reaches R100, convert it to Shopify store credit through your referral portal. Sign in to your customer account with the same email address to use available credit at checkout.

Refer & Earn programme terms

• Approval: Applying does not activate a code or guarantee acceptance. Wait for the approval email before sharing your code.
• New customers: The referred shopper must have no previous CNS orders. Their discount applies once per customer. Self-referrals are not eligible.
• Eligible products: The 10% discount applies to products in the Discount Eligible - Standalone Products collection. Set bundles, Build Your Bundle purchases, the serving spoon and other excluded products do not qualify. The code cannot be combined with other discounts.
• Earnings: The reward is store credit, not cash. It is 10% of qualifying referred product value, excluding taxes and shipping. Cancelled, refunded, ineligible or abusive orders do not earn credit; a partial refund reduces the qualifying reward.
• Review: Commission remains pending until CNS verifies the order, delivery and the ten-day return-request window. An open return or refund must be resolved before approval.
• Conversion: A minimum approved balance of R100 is required to convert earnings to Shopify store credit. Credit has no configured expiry. Use the same email address for your referral portal and CNS customer account.
• Programme separation: This is the customer store-credit programme. Influencer cash commissions are handled separately.
