Hi there. I want to tell you have fantastic I find your balance shake. For years I’ve been on anti depressants , anxiety and sleeping tablets. I was living my life in a constant fog because of them, but without them I couldn’t cope.
One morning I just decided that I was no longer going to live this way. I went off ALL the above tablets. . Not the best thing I know, however I did.
I struggled along for a few weeks .

I usually shy away from “green” drinks purely because of the taste..but this is zesty and limey. I really like it.
Been struggling with anxiety for some time now and within a week of starting BALANCE I’m am feeling more calm and focused.
