Chemistry Natural Science offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By choosing to visit our site and/or purchase something from us, you agree to engage in our service and will be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, which can be understood as, without limitation, browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or content contributors.

By choosing to engage with any part of the site, you will be subject to the stipulations of this agreement. If you do not consent to said stipulations, then you should abstain from accessing the website or using any of its services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to said Terms and Conditions.
All new features or tools that are added to our store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions may be reviewed on this page at any time. Should it be deemed necessary, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions. For this reason, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Should you continue to use or access the website after changes have been implemented, the use and access thereof will be considered an acceptance of said changes.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions implies that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have consented to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.
Our products may not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, by utilising our service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must refrain from transmitting worms, viruses, or any other destructive forms of code on our website.
SUBSCRIPTIONS TERMS + CONDITIONS
By subscribing to receive products for your chosen subscription, on a recurring basis every month, you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions for a 6 month period, or until cancelled by you or us. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel your subscription, you must log into your Chemistry Natural Science account and click on the CANCEL button on the Subscription page. Your subscription will be cancelled immediately and no further payments will be scheduled unless you choose to resume your service. Any orders that are already in the delivery cycle cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion not to renew your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will automatically be renewed after 6 months, unless you chose to switch this to ‘manual renewal’ but switching off the auto-renew toggle on your Subscription page.
If you opt for manual renewal will be able to manually renew your subscription for a further 6 months by clicking on the RENEW button on the Subscription page.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
We have the right to increase pricing upon renewal of your subscription.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right, at any time, to refuse service to anyone for any reason. While credit card information is always secured by means of encryption during network transfer, note that other content may be transferred without encryption, in instances such as (a) transmissions over disparate networks, and (b) changes regarding conformity to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the provided service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on this website, without our express written permission.
ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We do not assume responsibility for any information made available on this site that is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete. Site material is provided for general information only; as such, said material should not be relied upon, nor should it be used as the sole basis for making decisions without having consulted primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. On occasion, specific products or services may be offered online exclusively through our website. Product or service quantities may be limited and, should it be deemed necessary, return or exchange will be effected in accordance with our Return Policy.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the colors and images of our products are displayed correctly on our site. We cannot account for the accuracy, or lack thereof, of your computer monitor’s display in relation to colour accuracy.
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to restrict the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Such restrictions may be exercised on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any of our products or services. All product and pricing descriptions are subject to change without notice at any time, at our sole discretion. Note that products may be discontinued at any time, and will be rendered void thenceforth.
We offer no guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or any other material purchased or acquired by you will meet your expectations, or that any service errors will be corrected.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Any orders placed with us may be refused at our sole discretion. Furthermore, quantities purchased per person, per household or per order may also be restricted or cancelled. Said restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Should an order cancellation or change occur, the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of the order may be used to contact you. Orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, may be restricted or prohibited.
You consent to providing current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our site. This extends to updating your account and other information promptly, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, to ensure that your transactions can be completed and that you are available for contact as needed.

All obligations and liabilities incurred by parties prior to the termination date shall, for all purposes, survive the termination of this agreement.
These Terms and Conditions will remain in effect unless and until terminated by either you or us. Should you no longer wish to use our services, you may notify us of your intent at any time.
Should you fail, or should any suspicion arise that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, this agreement may also be terminated at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Consequently, we also reserve the right to deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
