SHIPPING POLICY
HOW MUCH WILL i PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is FREE for all orders over R1000.00
WHEN CAN i EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chemistrynaturalscience.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. How does the subscription work?
When you sign up for our 6-month subscription at any time during the month, you will receive a 10% discount on each order. You will also receive our beautiful gold-serving spoon complimentary with your first order and free shipping throughout the period.
Once your payment is successful, we’ll ship your order out the next business day and you will receive a shipping confirmation, tracking number and login details to your account where you can view the status of your order and manage your subscription!
The monthly subscription amount will be automatically charged to the credit card you select every month, on the anniversary date of when you ordered your first product. Example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your next payment will be debited on the 15th of the following month.
You can cancel at any time by logging into your Chemistry Natural Science account, click on the CANCEL button on the Subscription page.
To simply your life, your subscription will automatically be renewed after the 6-month period for a further 6 months. But if you wish to renew the subscription rather manually you can do so my logging into your Chemistry Natural Science account and switching off the auto-renew toggle on your Subscription page.
If you opt for ‘manual renewal’, you will be able to manually renew your subscription for a further 6 months by clicking on the RENEW button on the Subscription page at the end of your subscription period. If you have any doubts about how this works then please contact us.
