RETURNS POLICY
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately, we sell consumables (food), so no refunds are allowed. However, if a food item arrives damaged, we will investigate to determine where in the supply chain the item was damaged and handle the refund/replacement accordingly.
Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount will be refunded, but you will be responsible for returning the item and covering the courier cost.
If your order arrives in a damaged state, please email us as soon as possible at info@chemistrynaturalscience.co.za with your order number and a photo confirming the item’s condition. Such issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but we will make every effort to ensure that the matter is resolved satisfactorily.
